Solutions Architect (Azure)Project overview: A multi-billion pound corporation is currently hiring a Solutions Architect who has strong capabilities designing Greenfield solutions in Azure. This is an exciting time to join our client as they embark on a number of key projects, including enterprise / APIIntegrations, ERP Workforce Planning, Digital Engineering and GIS Mapping (any experience in all or one of the following would be highly advantageous). This a 6 month rolling contract paying up to £650 to £700 per day INSIDE IR 35 with remote working options(some office presence is required) to start ASAP. The chosen candidate must demonstrate strong experience in working with multiple projects or teams, on problems that require broad architectural thinking, to develop, design, implement and govern IT Solution Building Blocks as part of the IT agile EnterpriseArchitecture (EA) within a multi-disciplined environment.Role responsibilities: To be accountable for working with stakeholders (internal and external) to develop IT solutions to deliver business capabilities. To be responsible for the development, delivery and governance of IT Solution Building Blocks as part of an agile Enterprise Architecture framework. To be responsible for informing and governing the development and delivery of IT Architecture Building Blocks as part of the Enterprise Architecture. To be accountable for defining domain-specific, policies, processes, frameworks and design principles according to the business vision and goals to ensure applications and infrastructure are fit for purpose, interoperable, and secure. To be responsible for ensuring that systems are designed to be secure and resilient through the effective application of Enterprise Architecture principles, policies and standards.Core technical skills: Proven experience architecting solutions in enterprise environments using Azure A proven background in Software Development to understand the complexities of API configuration. Strong capabilities in documentation design (interpreting technical requirements to non-technical staff) Exposure to any or all of the following: SaaS, ERP (Oracle), GIS (ESRI), MS Dynamics, Service Now etc...
