Job Description

Senior UX Product Designer Salary: £40-50k DOELocation: Remote / BirminghamSkills - Product Designer, UX Designer, WireFrames, User Stories, Consultancy, AXURE, AdobeCS, UX Analyst, User Experience / UX Design / Agency / User Experience Research / Wireframes / Wireframing / story-boarding / task flows/ workshops / process diagrams, prototypes, Axure, Omnigraffle and Balsamiq, user centered design, Prototyping.Were looking for a Senior UX Product Designer for a fast growing Birmingham based Agency with an impressive client list - could this be youMy client designs best-in-class UX experiences and deliver them from end-to-end. We now need a Snr UX Product Designer / Snr UX Designer to join the Team. Working closely with the Director of UX you will be working on some exciting big brand digital transformations.My client disrupts and evolves existing propositions and innovate new designs, working closely with our clients and their partners. They bring digital and physical experiences together in fresh exciting UX driven Product Design.Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders and customers
  • Audit digital experiences across the physical and digital
  • Identify business opportunities and understand customer needs
  • Translate findings into customer journey maps and playback to stakeholders
  • Concept and develop wireframes right through to high fidelity prototypes
  • Test with users, validate, and iterate (at speed) based on feedback
  • Define and build design standards, systems, and processes
  • Ensure quality assurance across development
  • Most importantly, ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas
    • Particular areas of expertise:
  • UX Discovery and research
  • Strategy and planning
  • Service and experience design (UX)
  • Branding and visual design (AdobeCS)
  • Testing and validation
  • CRO and UX
    • Must have:
  • 5+ years experience as a UX Designer / Product Designer
  • AbobeCS, Photoshop, illustrator, inDesign
  • Natural Flair and Creative with a passion for Design
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work at a pace
  • A passion for inclusive and accessible design
  • Experience using Axure
  • Experience using Figma
    • This is a superb role for a Snr UX consultant based in the Midlands - whilst this offers WFH, it will have a blend of Office and WFH as part of its culture, so candidates must be able to work a couple of days a week in the Birmingham office once we return to normal.Apply now with a Portfolio and your UX examples.
