We are experiencing an increasing demand forIT Sales professionals from our existing client base and have launched a new IT Sales Recruitment arm headed up by a hands-on director of the business.As such this role represents an rare opportunity to join a successful, well-funded, well provisioned recruitment business, bringing your experience and contacts whilst gaining from access to our existing IT client base in order to further develop new andexciting business. You will be targeting SaaS Software Houses, VARs, Managed Services and Hosting and Cloud Migration companies, IoT tech suppliers and more.You will need 2-5 years + experience in Sales Recruitment with a good element of having serviced IT and Tech Sales roles including : Internal Sales, Account Managers, Sales Reps, Business Development Managers, Sales Managers and/or Senior Sales appointmentsin the UK Tech Sales market and should have a good track record of winning new business and converting that through to respectable billing figures for an experienced consultant.The role:Building your reputation as an expert in your fieldRelationship building and networkingClient acquisition and account development over the phone and virtually - Must be good on Teams, Zoom etc.Ensuring recruitment cycle is managed to the highest qualityDeveloping innovative ideas to cement client engagement in the age of the digital nativeWorking collaboratively with clients and colleagues to including our external Marketing support consultantRepresenting the company at industry and networking events and conducting occasional travel throughout the UK (post covid) for client meetingsJoining Applause at this point means that you will have major impact on the development of this team and opportunities for advancement will be on offer.
