Do you have experience setting and operating a slitting lineHave you got experience using overhead cranes and fltsWe are looking for experienced slitters to join a large steel processing company in the Aston area of Birmingham. To be considered for this role you will have ran a slitting line and will have operated fork lift trucks and overhead cranes in a steel processing environment.You will be responsible for and your duties will include;· Setting and operating a narrow slitting line (experience with wide may be considered)· Working with stainless steel and aluminium· Operating counterbalance forklift trucks· Operating overhead cranes· Loading and unloading the machinery· Experience of imperial measurements would be idealHours of work are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:15pm with a 1:00pm finish on Fridays.The pay rate is negotiable dependant on experience starting from £11p/h.If you think this position is right for you, APPLY NOW!
