Site Manager - Planned MaintenaceWe are currently recruiting for a national contractor based in the Birmingham area and they are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team and assist them in the management and delivery of their 10 year, planned maintenance contract coveringproperties across the West Midlands.The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a tier one contractor and would have delivered in social housing/decent homes schemes for a minimum of 5 years. Works you will be delivering include roofing repair and renewal, window and door replacements,concrete restoration and external decoration works. This is working in occupied properties so you must be able to communicate with tenants in a professional manner.
