A large regeneration group are looking to recruit a Site Manager to manage social housing regeneration refurbishment project in BirminghamThe role:As an experienced Site Manager you will have overall responsibility for running the internal and external refurbishment project.Day to day: You will manage the site within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.On a daily basis: You will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site. This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will controland monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.The Company:Part of a larger construction group they are leading provider of regeneration services in the UK. They design, build, refurbish and regenerate communities completing refurbishment, repairs and maintenance and housing development.The Person:It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager,Senior Site Manager,Project Manager or Manager in a similar regeneration social house building environment .You may have worked on either refurb of decent homes, kitchens and bathroom upgrades or have experience with EWI ,Cladding,AOU,Firedoors.
