Were looking for a very unique Project Manager for this opportunity. Naturally, you love being in control. You are the one that is the font of all knowledge, all things to all people. The only thing here is that this will be a remote position. So youllhave to be good at control, management and delegation from afar.This place is on the move, its growing rapidly and has some of the biggest retailers and brands as their customers. Its an absolutely lovely business, 23 years worth of history and experience, ran by an amazing family and in growth mode. All the littlethings matter in this place, the attention to detail, the knowledge of what works for a signage or graphics inquiry, and ultimately delivering the most amazing client experience. All of which, should tick your boxes too as a Project Manager from the worldof Signage and Graphics.Youll be joining a team of 50. Amazing longevity across the business, and a real togetherness. Which is rare to find when 1/2 of the workforce is remote-based. This is why, a lot of the recruitment is done on cultural fit, attitude and behaviours but youdo have to be from the signage industry too. You cant just be a lovely human. Theres not that much time to teach you the technicalities, you have to bring them to the table. Told you we are looking for a very unique Project Manager! Are you the oneAs a Project Manager in the Signage or Graphics industry, youre only as good as the company you are working for, right So youll be safe in the knowledge youre in a place that designs, manufactures and installs all in-house. Total control. Nothing better.Youll be the first point of contact for the client (probably a leading name in the retail industry) youll meet with them, take the brief, conduct a site survey, estimate the job and manage ALL the communication internally and externally on that and manyof the other jobs you will have going on at any one time. Theres support internally though so dont panic. Each PM has an Assistant who is your eyes and ears on the ground in the office and factory.The work youll be working on has to be relevant to what youve done in your career to date. So think illuminated signage, shop facias, window graphics, lightboxes, Office branding, the works. We arent after a jack of all trades though, you have to havegood technical knowledge of signage as this is the bread and butter.Being an experienced Project Manager, youll know that life can get busy. Youre here there and everywhere and its not the best job for sociable hours. You need to be ok with this. Things change, plans alter and sometimes problems arise. You need to bethe one there to take on the accountability and jump into action when needed.
