Job Description

We are working with a fast-growing Microsoft Partner that has achieved significant success over the past 6 years. As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SharePoint Consultant to join their team.This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients and contribute to the implementation of projects for Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Automate, the Power Platform, and other Independent Software Solutions on the Microsoft 365 Platform.Location: Remote (with occasional on-site visits in the Birmingham area)Responsibilities:

  • - Collaborate with clients across the UK remotely to implement Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Automate, the Power Platform, and other solutions on the Microsoft 365 Platform.
  • - Independently manage projects, providing self-direction and taking ownership of tasks.
  • - Effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • - Lead and support technical team members to deliver successful outcomes for clients.
  • - Participate in pre-sales discussions, including the creation of proposals, tenders, and project documentation.
  • - Conduct technical migrations of content into SharePoint Online from various sources, including on-premises SharePoint versions and non-Microsoft applications.
  • - Deliver user guidance and training to clients on SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365.
  • - Create and Maintain Power Automate Workflows with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Integration
  • - Provide 3rd Line Support and act as an escalation path into partner channels when necessary.
  • - Thrive under pressure, working independently to deliver excellent results for clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • - Strong technical expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online for Intranet and Document Management, Microsoft Teams, and the wider Microsoft 365 Platform.
  • - Proficient in designing, developing, and troubleshooting Power Automate Flows with SharePoint Online and 3rd Party API integrations.
  • - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role involving SharePoint Online and the wider Microsoft 365 Platform, and 1 years’ experience in Power Automate
  • - Proven experience in pre-sales discussions and the ability to contribute to the creation of proposals, tenders, and project documentation.
  • - Experience with the wider Power Platform (Power BI & Power Apps) is essential.
  • - A positive and proactive attitude in all aspects of work.
  • - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • - Familiarity with technical migrations, including content migration from on-premises SharePoint versions or non-Microsoft services such as File Shares.
  • - Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-direction and strong project management skills.
  • - Microsoft Certifications are preferred but not required, as the company will support the successful candidate in completing Microsoft certifications.
