As the Lead Consultant, youll spearhead engagements, craft winningplans, and mentor your team.   • Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Lead and manage project teams, including setting goals, delegating tasks, and providing feedback
  • Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks
  • Communicate with stakeholders regularly to keep them updated on project status and progress
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Be accountable for the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including requirements documentation, use cases, test plans, and training materials.
  • Lead customers with their organisational change requirements
  • Utilise your experience to lead customers in their testing activities, including test case development and execution.
  • Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality, meet business requirements, and are delivered on time.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and requirements
  • Is perceived as an expert in their relative area of expertise by the customer
  • Manage changes/extensions to SOWs, deliverables and approach with client with minimal input from senior team members.
Responsibilities (Supporting & Growing the Business):
  • Support the business with internal activities that contribute to the growth of the company, e.g. writing/recording content, researching & attending conferences, contributing to internal initiatives
  • Contribute and continually refine TPP services and personal development requirements
  • Take ownership of strategy area and deliver agreed outcomes
  • Mentor and lead individuals to deliver excellence
  • Manage team issues effectively and escalate at the appropriate point
  • Understand what a client needs and be able to scope out the support required from the business.
  • Contribute to client steering committees and project boards and offer advice in a defined market
  • Take responsibility for account management for multiple smaller non-KAM clients and build a pipeline of work
  • Build on commercial acumen by generating sales, negotiating terms
  • Are involved in strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives, campaigns, and events
  • Develop a network to deliver leads and opportunities
  • Become/be an active member of relevant communities that support new/future business areas for TPP
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • High-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is preferable, including CSA and CIS qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in project delivery roles
  • BCS, APMP or Prince2 certifications
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Desire and motivation to learn and be inquisitive about people, processes and technology.
This role is predominantly remote, although there is an expectation to visit the company office at least once per month in the West Midlands. There may also be ad-hoc requirements to be on customers sites in the future, based on their specific requirements.
