Job Description

Accountabilities:To effectively install products & Provisions of services to client companies including all contracts/ commercial actions within a national manufacturing organisation.Responsibilities :Operations

  • Understand customer specific SLAs and KPIs and support service delivery to ensure compliance
  • Contribute to the P&L performance through cost control and commercial innovation
  • Effective use of PPM contracts to improve labour efficiencies
  • Effectively supply products, service, installation, maintenance & Site attendance in accordance with client requirements
  • Management of the contract to final conclusion with the emphasis on client satisfaction
  • Liaise with clients on site observing all company external disciplines including health & safety & Safety compliance
  • Total responsibility for carrying out the effective administration & Paperwork both external & Internal
  • Experience in recommending extra work to be carried out on site
Systems
  • Ensure Job watch is updated on completion of jobs
  • Ensure photos are taken & Sent back to the business centre if/ when required
People
  • Assisting Manager in the transforming and growing of the business
  • Collaborate with both internal and external teams
  • Develop strong relationships with Customer stakeholders
  • Communicate customer feedback to the Management Team to drive service delivery improvements
  • Excellent communication skills
Skills & experience:
  • Computer literate and competent in MS Word & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and show leadership in a fast-changing flexible environment
  • Ability to work under own initiative and to prioritise activities and tasks effectively
  • Ability to deliver high quality customer service
Desirable:
  • Experience with delivering complex projects
  • CSCS

  • ADSA
  • Gate & Barriers
  • Previous experience in the industrial, automatic and/or loading bay industry
  • Previous experience in field-based engineer service delivery businesses
