Manufacturing Futures are looking to appoint Service Engineers (installation, service and repair) within an industrial setting. Our client are growing and want to add talented people to the team.Purpose:Servicing, maintaining & Installations of industrial sectional doors, fast action doors, Roller Shutter doors, gates, Barriers & Auto Doors.Servicing/maintaining/Installation/engineer/shutters/doorsResponsibility:Understand customer specific SLAs and KPIs and support service delivery to ensure complianceContribute to the P&L performance through cost control and commercial innovationEffective use of PPM contracts to improve labour efficienciesEffectively supply products, service, installation, maintenance & Site attendance in accordance with client requirementsServicing/maintaining/Installation/engineer/shutters/doorsManagement of the contract to final conclusion with the emphasis on client satisfactionLiaise with clients on site observing all company external disciplines including health & safety & Safety complianceTotal responsibility for carrying out the effective administration & Paperwork both external & InternalExperience in recommending extra work to be carried out on siteServicing/maintaining/Installation/engineer/shutters/doorsEnsure system is updated on completion of jobsEnsure photos are taken & Sent if/ when requiredAssisting Manager in the transforming and growing of the businessCollaborate with both internal and external teamsServicing/maintaining/Installation/engineer/shutters/doorsDevelop strong relationships with Customer stakeholdersCommunicate customer feedback to the Management Team to drive service delivery improvementsSkills & experience:Computer literate and competent in MS Word & ExcelExcellent communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and show leadership in a fast-changing flexible environmentAbility to work under own initiative and to prioritise activities and tasks effectivelyAbility to deliver high quality customer serviceServicing/maintaining/Installation/engineer/shutters/doorsVery competitive salary DOE on offer, 22 days holiday, Health care scheme, Pension SchemeAPPLY NOW
