BRAND NEW SERVICE DESK ANALYST OPPORTUNITY WITH INDUSTRY LEADING LOGISTICS BRAND

We have over 200 people based out of our Birmingham HQ, and we are now recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGThe Service Desk Analyst will join as a pivotal member of the IT support team, working in an ITIL based service desk environment. You will respond to support calls, and work to resolve / escalate faults for our remote and on-site users. Youll troubleshootissues through to resolution, install software, configure devices and monitor / maintain our systems. You will deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints of your role.WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:
  • ITIL v3-4 Foundation AND experience working in an ITIL environment
  • Windows 10, Windows Server 2008/2012,2016 and 2019 Remote Desktop / Terminal services environments
  • Microsoft Active Directory Administration, Microsoft Office 2016,2019 and Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience of HP MSA SAN and HP server and networking hardware
  • Exceptional customer service, professionalism and communication skills
  • Proven experience in managing workload, task prioritisation and working autonomously
  • An appetite to learn and a "can do" attitude
