Job Description

A financial broker with an emporium of information about mortgages, secured loans and so much more is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to get stuck into different projects. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy delivering work to a high standard,then this could be the role for you.Along with a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, you will also receive the opportunity to work from home (full IT set up), 25 days holiday (including birthday and the companys birthday off) plus bank holidays, regular social and team activities, a pension scheme,life insurance and a BUPA cash health plan.As a Service Delivery Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing resources, workloads, and timeframes within the marketing team.
  • Producing accurate reports to assist management business decisions.
  • Updating stakeholders & directors.
  • Working closely with whole team on the delivery of projects.
  • Ensuring the correct contingencies are in place to alleviate risks.
  • Planning & fulfilling ambiguous projects whilst building towards ever increasing autonomy.
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who has the following skills and experiences:
  • Previous experience managing & leading teams & delivery.
  • Experience with project management tools (Wrike, Trello, etc.).
  • Some marketing experience with preferably a good understanding of SEO & CRO.
  • A background of managing successful & timely projects ideally liaising with third parties.
  • A dynamic problem solver, highly organised and strong communicator.
  • A good team player whos approachable, patient, resilient with a positive attitude.
