Job Description

We are looking for a Service Charge team leader to join the team of a well-established organisation on a permanent basis. This role is offering a hybrid working model, the ability to further your skills and a location with great transport links. Service Charge Team LeaderPermanent£36905 - 41999 per annumMarston Green, hybrid workingMon- Fri/ 37 hour weekAs a Service Charge team leader, your main duties will be:

  • Assessing costs from services provided to customers.
  • Assisting the team in budget monitoring costs at cost centre level
  • Leading the team in recovering costs and calculating annual service charge bills
  • Maintaining the service charge module
  • Reviewing procedures and streamline current procedure and
  • Managing, co-ordinating and monitoring the work flows within the team, allocating responsibilities to team members and reporting Performance Indicators on the teams outputs.
To be successful as a Service charge team leader, you will have:
  • Knowledge of the production of reconciliations to strict deadlines (incl. resolution of reconciling items).
  • Ability to use and develop integrated computer systems
  • Proven high level working of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to evaluate report results for reasonableness
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of staff
