Our independent, close knit and growing Property client in the Jewellery Quarter is excited to be looking for a new Service Charge Accountant to join their accounts team of around 10. You will be looking after a portfolio of circa 70 units around the UKwith more on the way. The business has grown exceptionally fast over the last 4 years, through the pandemic and is a stable place to work with no signs of slowing down.You will be joining a supportive and character driven team, with the goal of delivering bespoke reports on a monthly basis to your client portfolio, and completing their Service Charge at month end, from upload to sign off, distribution and budgeting.
