Job Description

Senior Sustainability Consultant - BirminghamSalary £35000-£45000REF: SY1010Our client well-established client is looking for a qualified and dynamic Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their ever-expanding Sustainability team. You would be joining a specialised, multi-disciplined Sustainability practice with offices throughoutEurope.It is essential that the Senior Sustainability Consultant:

  • Passionate about sustainability and strong knowledge of current and future legislation
  • Well experienced in consultancy and project management
  • Bachelor or Masters qualification in a relevant field
  • Membership of appropriate, ideally chartered, body
  • Outstanding client facing, communication skills and report writing
The following skills and experience are essential for the Senior Sustainability Consultant:
  • Experience in sustainability strategy
  • Life-cycle assessments
  • Energy assessor
  • Part L building regulations
  • LEED, HQM, Sunlight/Daylight modelling, Dynamic Overheating/Thermal comforting modelling
  • Revit, AutoCad, Rhino, LCA, SAP, SBEM, Design Builder, IES
