They are currently looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join their technical team, offering remote and telephone supportto their diverse customer base.This position is primarily a work-from-home role, and you will act as an escalation point and mentor for other engineers, helping with more complicated support issues and major outages. Many customers rely on my client as their IT department, or as a pointof escalation for their IT support departments, so previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:
