Job Description

Senior SDRHybrid working£26,000 - £30,000 + £12K Y1 OTEWorking Pattern Likely x2-3 Office Days Per WeekRowley Heron Associates are reaching out to our network for an experienced SDR looking to change direction with a high growth SAAS company with huge opportunity to earn significant bonus within a high performance career programme.You will be responsible for new business activity and setting up 15-20 demo meetings each month. There is also an opportunity to deal with inbound enquiries and do product demonstrations to convert those into paying customers.There is huge opportunity here to get into a well-established company with a new and unique SAAS product which is unrivalled in terms of offering and application. With previous software solution selling experience you will know what is needed to reach outto target businesses and convert them into active customers.Our Senior SDR Role:This is a full 360 sales role, and you will be responsible for generating sales pipeline, specialising in deals involving complex data with the main goal to book appointments, demonstrate software and to close sales opportunities.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales pipeline by following up on marketing leads and hunting for new business opportunities.
  • Presenting our plug-and-play SAAS solution via online meetings.
  • A mix of warm and cold calls to schedule meetings with prospective customers.
  • Communicate via phone, email, face-to-face and web meetings with prospective customers.
  • Reporting into head of sales to communicate daily around sales activities and strategies.
  • You will be expected to have full knowledge of your sales pipeline.
  • Track and document all lead communication and sales within our CRM.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Hunter Tech/Software/SAAS sales.
  • Proven experience converting new business leads.
  • Team player, positive attitude and keen to learn / develop.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Impeccable interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Beneficial:
  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of Data / Reporting Software / ELT / Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience demonstrating software.
  • Experience with managing a prospect through a sales process to close.
