Senior Project Manager - Mezzanines & Fit-OutJob Title: Senior Project Manager - Mezzanines & Fit-OutIndustry Sector: Project Manager, Piling, Decking, Edge Protection, Staircases, Steelwork, Steel Mezzanines, Steel Structures, Office Fit-Out, Mezzanine, Racking, Shelving, Commercial Fit-Out Area to be covered: NationalLocation: Remote (England, Wales or Scotland) Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) + project related bonusBenefits: Company Car + Comprehensive Benefits PackageThe role of the Senior Project Manager - Mezzanines & Fit-Out will involve:

  • Senior Project Manager position, managing numerous mezzanine projects from take-off through to completiotn
  • Liaising with key internal stakeholders involved in pre-order phase to thoroughly determine project schemes
  • Amending CAD drawings to reflect any post sale changes if able or working with design team to make changes if not
  • Review, confirm and create programmes in line with the project scope
  • Process orders of materials & equipment to ensure they are delivered to site on time and only there for required period
  • Ensure all preparations for starting on site are taken care of (RAMS, Code of Conduct, H&S documents)
  • Coordinating all contractors/fitting teams, conducting induction meetings on site
  • Arrange regular project related meetings (both internal and client) to ensure expectations are being met on both sides throughout
  • Ensuring projects remain clean, tidy, on budget, on time and adhere to H&S regulations at all times, through regular onsite visits and communications
  • Will be managing up to 30 projects at any one time, with values ranging from £15k to £5m+
The ideal applicant will be a Senior Project Manager - Mezzanines & Fit-Out with:
  • Must have a project management experience within the steelwork industry, ideally will have experience with mezzanines and fit-out
  • Ideally will have project management qualifications (SSSTS & Prince 2)
  • Resilient individual capable of managing teams of 30 people
  • Technical understanding and can interpret drawings
  • Confident and articulate
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
  • Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
  • Good numerical skills
  • Wants to take charge and be in control
