Job Description

Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer required for our client, a leading business who design, install and maintain Fire & Security systems.You will be required to carry out a variety of tasks such as, commissioning, maintenance, repairs and installs on Fire and Security systems. (Fire biased). You will be covering works across Birmingham and the surrounding areas, so being happy with travelis necessary.Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer Position Overview

  • Fire Biased - must be capable of 1st and 2nd fix, basic commissioning.
  • Carry out maintenance and repairs if required
  • Carry out installation and commissioning of electronic fire and or security systems
  • Installation of Fire & Security systems
  • Commissioning of Fire Alarm systems
  • Provide support & training
Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer Position Requirements
  • Attend call-out rota (1 in 7)
  • Minimum 3 years Industry Experience
  • FIA or equivalent Training
  • Accomplished Technical knowledge of fire and security systems installation
  • Knowledge of legislation and commissioning
  • Good service and fault-finding ability
  • Commutable distance to Birmingham (10 miles)
Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer Position Remuneration
  • £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
  • Paid door to door
  • 25 days + 8BH (1 Day Extra Per Annum To 30 Days & A Further 5 Days After 10 Years)
  • Company Van / Fuel Card
  • Pension
