Job Description

An opportunity for a forward thinking Senior Marketing Performance Manager opened within a National leading retail brand. You will have a senior and influential role within the business.//This role comes with flexible working and will only be require you to be in the office for 3 days maximum and once safe to do so - home working for now//You will be:

  • Undertaking a full review of UK marketing performance, making recommendations to the Leadership team on process changes to improve the focus on marketing performance
  • Working to establish best-practice marketing effectiveness analytical framework to give a clear, accurate and timely understanding of marketing performance by campaign and channel
  • Improving the focus and visibility of marketing performance, recommending process improvements to ensure clear target setting and evaluation of activity was standard.
  • Support in establishing financial oversight and governance of marketing budgets, establishing clear link between budgets and outcomes.
  • Challenging Marketing teams to increase the visibility and use of additional analysis techniques, including econometrics and attribution analysis, to improve the granular understanding of marketing channel performance.
    • Requirements:
  • Senior Marketing Effectiveness/ Performance background
  • Consumer big budget business
  • Attribution Modelling/ ROI analytics experience
