Job Description

SENIOR MARKETING ANALYST £50,000 - 60,000 BIRMINGHAM This opportunity sits within a family feel, high growth long standing brand, you will have a unique seat in effecting and growing the capabilities of analytics and specifically use data to enhance marketing! With a passion for development and a new data strategy, this is a great role for thos looking to make a big impact in analytics!THE ROLEAs the Marketing Analyst your focus will be to build and develop the marketing strategy through analytics, specifically you will have to:

  • Use SQL (R/Python) to query data and work with large data sets to extract insights and work with senior stakeholders to build a successful digital marketing strategy
  • Identify areas for optimisation in the marketing process through clear analysis, focus on profit loss, targeted marketing and segmented analysis to improve marketing success
  • Provide insights into the customer, who they are and how best to engage with them!
  • Be able to test campaign performance and use your knowledge of digital marketing to help grow PPC, SEO, CRM and Affiliate marketing channels
YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong SQL (R/Python) to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
  • Experience analysing marketing data and understanding of the different digital marketing channels
  • Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
