There is no hierarchy just delivery and innovation.Responsibilities of theSenior Loan Processing Analyst - Commercial Lending - Birminghamrole:The Senior Loan Processing Analyst is responsible for supporting the business, by carrying out administrator, data entry, & quality checking duties to ensure that loan processing is carried out smoothly and efficiently for clients and all payments are distributedcorrectly. You will be part of a proactive team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service to its colleagues to ensure that they have everything they need to get deals signed up and that the input of data is of the highest quality. Using yourprevious loan processing experience you will be able to support in driving process efficiency and support the team in suggesting continuous improvement throughout their drawdown journey.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Producing and issuing drawdown instructions for loans
• Production of repayment schedules, showing monthly repayments due with a breakdown of capital and interest payments
• Monitoring monthly repayments received. Liaise with monitoring department to investigate and resolve any outstanding payments.
• Monitoring loans with agreed variances to agreed repayment schedules.
• Supporting Loan Operations team to investigate and resolve any issues relating to lender accounts.
• Reconciliation and distribution of monthly loan repayments into lender accounts
• Seeking opportunities to improve the processing on Mambu and nCino systems.
• Testing of new products, new processes and support in automation projects alongside being a point of knowledge to other business areas.

General:

• Identify, report, and investigate any potential error/breaches and understand when a Risks Events needs to be raised.
• Work with IT department and third parties to improve functionality and efficiency of IT systems especially Mambu and nCino.
• Enhance the process of producing reports on new loans once they are credit approved.
• Dealing with documentation required during the term of the loan and monitor and chase anything that is missing.
• Collating loan documentation prior to drawdown
• Manage the admin email enquiries and redirect them accordingly.
• Undertake any other activities as required.

Essential Skills and Experience of theSenior Loan Processing Analyst - Commercial Lending - Birminghamrole:

• Previous experience of using the Mambu platform and ideally nCino / Salesforce with evidence of suggesting improvements and testing.
• Excellent positive communicator with a glass half full mentality.
• Good organisational skills
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude to resolve issues and support colleagues.
• Ability to adapt and change to meet the requirements of an expanding business.
