Senior Lettings AdvisorBirmingham, B15 2AF (Hybrid)£26,174 - £30,820Permanent Full TimeDo you want to work for an organisation that supports work life balance If so, our client may have the opportunity you have been looking for.They are looking to recruit a Senior Lettings Advisor to join the Allocation and Lettings Team covering Birmingham, Hereford and Worcester.This post is responsible for delivering the allocations function to a high quality, being customer focussed and achieving sustainable lets.The successful candidate will have proven experience of: Ensuring that properties are let in accordance with the allocations policy and within the minimum timescales to achieve targets. Delivering sustainable lettings through an effective pre-tenancy assessment and exchange of contract process to ensure that customers understand conditions of tenancy and that new tenants can sustain their tenancies. Ensuring that processes work effectively to deliver high quality services, customer satisfaction and value for money. In conjunction with colleagues and the Team Leaders, make recommendations regarding the future provision of homes, including schemes proposed by the Development Team. Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with key internal customers and external partners and customers to achieve business objectivesYou will be skilled at achieving performance results, demonstrating an ability to achieve performance objectives.
