A well-established law firm is looking for an accomplished Senior IT Support Analyst to join its sizeable IT team based in Birmingham. This organisation embraces flexibility so the chosen candidate will be able to work remotely 4 days per week.In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you MUST be a consummate communicator with demonstrable expertise in the administration and support of Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware. In addition to this a workingknowledge of Citrix, networking (switches) and Azure would be highly advantageous to your application.As part of a dynamic hybrid team you, you will be responsible for the operation, support and development of the IT infrastructure, providing 1 st -3 rd line support to the wider team. Working with a broad range of technologies you will provide a proactive supportservice, ensuring systems remain accessible, available and well managed.
