Senior IT Engineer- Microsoft, Network, SupportFull time - Birmingham - £32,000 - £40,000 + £3,000 Car AllowanceApplause IT are proud to be working with a growing and scaling MSP based in Birmingham who are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to work on a mix of BAU support and project delivery.In this role youll actively participate in customer project delivery, whether its on-site or remote. Maintaining a strong focus on customer service is paramount for addressing all support inquiries while adhering to service management principles. Yourresponsibilities also include meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) when responding to and resolving service tickets. Taking ownership of user issues and proactively addressing them is a key aspect of the role. Additionally, youll be responsible formeticulously logging all calls in the call logging system and maintaining comprehensive documentation.The successful Senior IT Engineer will have experience in the following:
