A highly successful software house is looking for an experienced Infrastructure and Network Manager to join their team. The position is envisioned as fully remote, although you will be expected to travel to London 4 times per year for quarterly meetings.The main focus of this role will be to manage and maintain the infrastructure environment across three sites including two data centers in support of a data-rich SAAS platform.You will work with the wider IT team to proactively monitor and maintain IT networks;handling issues as they arise and line managing a small team.To be successful in this role you will have an excellent working knowledge of network management, Microsoft systems, IT Security, and data governance as well as the ability to demonstrate leadership and initiative.In order to be suitable, you will have strong experience with network managementincluding firewall management and routing. You will also have demonstrable expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and VMWare vSphere. Alongside this,you will have experience with SANs, Disaster Recovery Management, Backups (Veeam), and Data Management.This role is ideal for someone looking to step up from a senior technical role into a decision-making management role where you can make a significant impact.The salary on offer for this role is £60,000 plus benefits and full remote working is offered.
