Our client is where experience meets innovation, they foster a culture of continuous development and collaboration.Position: Senior Financial ConsultantYour role as a Senior Financial Consultant involves overseeing and enhancing the financial operations for a select clientele, including managing agents, residential management entities, and commercial landlords.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflows.
  • Skilfully prepare service charge accounts, demonstrating exceptional client management, attention to detail, and adherence to strict deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough reconciliation of accounts and cashbooks, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Analyse year-end expenditure reports and ensure compliance with regulatory filing requirements.
  • Drive the promotion of the firm through the initiation of strategic initiatives for existing and prospective clients.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties within the scope of your expertise, including supporting other departments to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Confidence in discreetly handling interactions with colleagues and external parties.
