Senior Finance Business Analyst/Consultant with strong experience in Order to Cash Processes and also Finance system Transformation.Client DetailsThe company is a reputable force in the Technology & Telecoms industry with a workforce of over 3000 employees. They are known for their innovative solutions and high-quality service delivery that has set them apart in the competitive technology sector.DescriptionThe finance Business Consultant will have a strong backgroun in business processes and have experience working at a Big 4 consultancy.Key Responsibilities are:

• Define and agree the Finance Process Framework / Taxonomy
• Report to Order to Cash/Finance Lead
• Working in an Agile environment leading cross-functional teams to produce design deliverables such as user stories and working with stakeholders to clarify business requirements and agree aspects of functional design
• Approval of all changes
• Facilitating the review of deliverables with stakeholders, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Supporting the build and test teams to assist traceability of the design to build and test artefacts
• Input into release planning sessions to support development of the product roadmap
• Working closely with the Transformation Process Lead and Product Owners to regularly review the product backlog by adding, prioritising, and/or removing feature-level user stories
• Perform detailed story analysis to determine user acceptance and to understand the impact to other systems, projects, domains, and operational teams
• Participate in daily scrum meetings and coordinate with the product/process owner to review progress at the end of each iteration and educate end-users and processors regarding new enhancements
• Arranging show and tell sessions to ensure development is in line with user expectations
• Review and approve test plans and test cases
• Develop training documentation and deliver end user training
• Identify and agree internal and external process interfaces
• Ability to produce high quality written documentation for all end deliverables
• Support with various projects within the workstream, including Collections Re-design and At Risk Process Re-design

Profile

• A minimum 8 years experience, with deep understanding of integration processes with functional areas, especially order to Cash processes
• Experience of working in a Big 4 (or similar) consulting environment designing and delivering processes
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
• Operational finance and functional acumen and experience
• Proven business transformation experience within complex large-scale programs
• Integrated system process design and testing experience
• Project management skills / experience

Job Offer

• Daily Rate: Outside IR35 (Attractive)
• 12 month contract - must be available to start asap
• Hybrid ( 2 days a month essential Wednesdays and Thursdays)
• Midlands based
