Job Description

Senior Energy Consultant | Home Based | Permanent Ref: DB1759Competitive Salary Plus BenefitsOur client is looking for an experienced Senior Energy Consultant to join their specialist Energy, Net Zero and facility and asset management consultancy. The successful candidate will work on projects across various sectors such as workplace, healthcare,education, historic, sport, leisure, residential and sci-tech.Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Energy, Built Environment, or similar
  • Relevant experience in Energy/Environmental Management/Sustainability
  • Chartered Engineer
  • Member of recognised professional body e.g. Energy Institute or IEMA
  • Understanding of Net Zero / Environmental / Sustainability issues in relation to ESG reporting
  • Full UK Driving License, some travel required
  • Comply with the companys ISO 9001:2015 accredited DMS, ISO 50001:2018 accredited EnMS and B Corp accreditation requirements
Duties:
  • Support and manager junior members of staff
  • Manage and deliver energy projects
  • Carry out bespoke energy and feasibility surveys to meet clients requirements
  • Complete site surveys
  • Collect site data, e.g. utility consumptions and cost data, and site drawings
  • Analyse site surveys and data to identify energy consumption and cost improvement opportunities
  • Implement utility reduction
  • Support clients with the various carbon & emissions management schemes, e.g. EUETS, CCA & CRC
