They get involved in projects spanning from a simple classroom extension to a £200mlogistical warehouse and everything in between including Residential schemes, Commercial fit outs and educational projects.They boast 3 teams that collaborate across the business - Design team, Energy team and a procurement team. Following a buyout and significant investment several years ago, they have established a clear cut, KPI led progression plan from Graduate to AssociateDirector. They host professional development reviews twice a year so all their engineers are aware of exactly what they need to achieve in order to obtain a promotion.They are seeking to grow their entire design team with the addition of an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer.A successful candidate will ideally have:
