Shaped across science, technology, engineering, arts and maths, projectsinclude a multimedia journey through 13.8bn years of history, from the Big Bang to the present day; the solar system recreated as a 10km sculpture trail; a spectacular technicolour city centre forest-garden; an exploration of the human mind involving an artworkyou see with your eyes closed; thousands of people coming together to make public artworks celebrating the UKs landscapes; Wales transported 30 years into the future; a cutting edge AR and VR technology project immersing people in hidden histories in 15towns and cities; a decommissioned offshore North Sea platform transformed into a major art installation in Weston-super-Mare; and a multimedia convoy through England inspired by the Moon.UNBOXED is looking for an experienced, Digital Marketing specialist with the ability to lead and manage all aspects of digital marketing activity.Reporting to the Head of Audiences and Marketing, the Senior Digital Manager will have a pivotal role in delivering UNBOXEDs digital strategy across social media, email, website, CRM, influencer activity and digital asset management.Responsibilities

• Working as part of a dynamic Marcomms teams you will be responsible for managing a team of digital professionals including a Social Media Manager, Digital Content Producer and a Digital Operations Manager to deliver targets for audiences, reach and engagementacross digital channels
• Ensure that UNBOXEDs digital experience is accessible to all, providing an intuitive, integrated, and seamless user experience
• Develop and maintain project plans for all digital marcomms activities
• Develop a dynamic and creative strategy which maximises the potential of UNBOXEDs digital channels to communicate to diverse audiences across the UK and beyond
• Oversee-planning, delivery, and reporting of all email campaigns to maximise open and click through rates and audience engagement with UNBOXEDs physical and digital offerings
• Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop paid digital campaigns and an influencer strategy which includes organic and paid influencers
• Oversee the development and maintenance of UNBOXEDs Marcomms teams digital asset management system (DAMS) to meet team requirements and enable distribution of assets to stakeholders

Skills and Experience RequiredEssential

• At least four years digital marketing experience across full range of digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously delivering on time, in budget and to meet targets
• Technical skills and knowledge across digital platforms - website, CRM, email, social media, digital asset management systems
• Analytical skills able to use & interpret data to optimise performance of digital channels
• At least four years digital marketing experience across full range of digital platforms

Experience with managing multiple digital projects simultaneously and delivering against targetsDesirable

• Professional industry qualification(s)
• Interest in arts and culture
• Knowledge and experience of using:
  • Drupal
  • DotDigital
  • Salesforce
  • SharePoint
