Job Description

SENIOR INSIGHT ANALYSTSHEFFIELD/BIRMINGHAM (hybrid)£50,000 - £65,000 + benefitsInterested to work with a well-known name in the finance space Work within a global data team to focus on customer insight with a pricing lens and deliver high-value and high-impact projects!THE COMPANYThis is a leader within financial services and the banking sector. They have a large stake in the UK and global markets, so they are successful and a market leader. They are developing new products consistently to ensure theyre outperforming their competitors!THE ROLEAs a Senior Insight Analyst, your focus will be to aid the business in providing insights across customer and campaign analytics. Specifically, you will:

  • Use SQL/SAS/BigQuery to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights on customer lifetime value, customer churn and retention
  • Segment customers through data modelling and deep dive analysis, allowing for targeted marketing and a more personalised customer experience
  • Provide insights to senior stakeholders (internal and external) across the business on who the customers are and how you can engage them
  • Focus on CRM and using email, SMS and push campaigns to upsell, cross sell and attract new customers!
YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will likely have the following skills and experience:
  • An expert in SQL/SAS (GCP and BigQuery would be desirable)
  • Good knowledge of customer analytics and KPIs such as CLV, retention and loyalty
  • Confident providing insights to high level senior stakeholders and conveying complex tech terms in digestible jargon
  • A background in finance or banking is desirable
