Job Description

Role Introduction Advanced is the UKs third largest provider of business software and services covering Public Cloud, Private Cloud and on-premise datacentres. We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to help us with certifications and audits. What You Will Do As a Compliance Analyst, you will be working with a range of ISO standards, mainly 27001 and 9001. You will also be supporting the business with Cyber Essential Plus, DSPT and SOC1. Advanced has a focus on making our customers successful and the attainmentof certifications and standards plays a key part in that.

  • Audit internal functions to ensure compliance with ISO and other standards and support the presentation of evidence to external audits.
  • Maintain ISO 27001, 9001, 20000, 14001 and support the projects introducing 22301 and 27701.
  • Support the auditing of Cyber Essentials Plus, NHS DSPT, SOC 1 and any other relevant frameworks.
  • Document your processes and controls and develop best practice
  • Support security events and incidents
What You Will Have As a Compliance Analyst you will have:
  • Professional Security qualifications: ISO 27k Lead Auditor (preferred), CISA, CISSP, CRISC or CISM qualification
  • Keen analytical mind and approach to problems with a perspective of certainty over assumption as a priority.
  • Ability to be a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence colleagues.
