Job Description

Senior Civil EngineerMy client is a successful Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy who provide expert services in a range of sectors including commercial and industrial. This dynamic consultancy are dedicated to supporting their talented team of technical staff to developprofessionally ensuring a culture of innovation and excellence. With a strong outlook on projects coming into the new year, they are actively seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team in Birmingham.Requirements for Civil Engineer

  • Hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • Extensive UK experience within a Civil Engineering consultancy
  • Proficiency with software such as Civil 3D, Microdrianage and PDS
  • Ideally you will be Chartered or close to
  • Working knowledge of drainage, earthworks and highways engineering
  • Strong understanding of section agreements (S278,S38, S104)
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Self-motivated drive to continue professional development
The Role for Civil Engineer
  • Produce high-quality designs for drainage, highways, pump stations and other infrastructure
  • Carry out flood risk assessments, planning support statements and other relevant civil engineering surveys and reports
  • Undertake site investigations and environmental reports
  • Collaborate in a friendly and talented team
  • Assist with the mentorship of upcoming team members
