Working with a leading financial services organisation based in the Midlands. This is a FULLY REMOTE permanent role paying £50,000 + bonus + 38 days holiday + excellent benefits. Key responsibilities and tasks - To understand, document and define solutions using the most appropriate methods to provide clarity of understanding of all stakeholders. - Analysis of solutions to provide recommendations for further improvements to drive additional value. - Investigation of complex business problems and presenting them in a clear, concise, and simple way. - To champion change within and act as a change agent. - To carry out impact analysis of changes to help business areas effectively consume changes. - Ensure solution integrity across all change initiatives. - To always challenge the business to ensure that solutions meet the scope of the change. Essential - Meaningful experience of working as a Business Analyst. - Demonstrable capabilities and experience of Business Analysis processes including requirements elicitation, process mapping, analysis and workshop facilitation. - Meticulous, logical and quality focused approach to delivery - Customer focused and considers the customer in all solutions. - Passionate about delivery of the best customer outcomes. - Curious minded, constantly learning to ensure continuous improvement. - Fantastic communicator and story-narrator to engage and inspire people of all disciplines and at all levels even with the most complex content. - Engaging with and building relationships with multiple stakeholders and other business areas. - A real team player, who is happy to work collaboratively and support what is needed to achieve the desired outcome. - Analytical, innovative and enquiring approach and the ability to work autonomously and take initiative where required. - Self-motivated, self-managing with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
