With 3 Partners, 2 Legal Directors, a Principal Associate and Senior Associate, you will bewell placed to learn from some of the regions most well-respected Lawyers.The opportunity:We are looking to appoint at the Senior Associate level with a minimum of 4 years PQE required as an indication.The work would be varied in nature, but you can expect a mixed caseload consisting of:

  • Providing directors’ duties advice and general trading advice for companies in financial difficulties;
  • Advising on transactions out of an insolvency process whether acting for seller or purchaser;
  • Advising on company voluntary arrangements and restructuring plans;
  • Advising on all aspects relating to the UK corporate insolvency processes.
