Job Description

Senior AI Developer / Artificial Intelligence / AI Development / Software Developer / C# / Applicable Mathematics / Permanent / Merseyside / HybridSalary £50 - £65K DOEExcellent BenefitsLocation - Merseyside - Hybrid/Remote (UK based applicants only)I am very pleased to be working with a leading software based sports business who due to continued growth and success are looking to expand the software team with a Senior AI Developer on a permanent basis.I am looking for an experienced, skilled, and confident software developer with specific skills focused on Artificial Intelligence development for sports simulations.The role does not specifically require machine learning techniques or neural networks.Senior AI Developer Specification:

  • You will build strong familiarity with the code base and the paradigms used.
  • You will add value by making suggestions to best technical approaches regarding interaction complexity and movement for the best results.
  • You will provide solutions to improve tactics, formations, and behaviours.
  • Support the other games developers in designing and implemented solutions to new challenges such as varying team strengths and dynamics.
  • Ideally experience with Artificial Intelligence for sport simulations or a closely related topic
  • Strong knowledge of football behaviours would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of applicable mathematics
  • Ability to analyse existing problems and foresee workable solutions.
  • You will demonstrate strong debugging experience.
  • C# Proficiency.
  • Familiarity working within Unity3D game engine.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good experience working in a team.
