REED Birmingham Business Support are recruiting for a Permanent Senior Account Manager on behalf of our client, who are within the catering industry,to join an establish team starting ASAP!As Senior Account Manager, you will work as a key part of the Sales Team with the overall goal of increasing new members, increasing member retention, and increasing member value. The SeniorAccount Manager will also provide additional support to the LeadAccount Managers by performing daily operational and supervisory duties and training within the Team.Duties: Managing and delegating incoming enquiries via online form within the team while ensuring that enquiries are actioned in a timely manner. Ensuring that the standards of enquiries/emails responded to meet the required best practices and business expectations. Communicating team goals during team meetings in the managers absence. Playing an active role in ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times, while providing feedback and suggestions to enhance member experience. Providing coaching/mentoring of newly hired staff on system, technical and service knowledge, and organise training programme to liaise with necessary staff to conduct training. Assisting the Lead Account Managers in the development of strategies to ensure targets are met and the team are aware and motivated to achieve such targets.The right candidate will have pervious account management, Sales/telesales experience - this is not a hard/cold calling sales role, as the leads are warm, but as account Manager you will be required to convert leads into new or extended membership agreements.Someone from a membership management/sales or a catering or hospitality industry background would be ideal, however good face to face/telephone sales as well as team management experience would also be suitable.Team fit is key. You will be working closely with your team, so although hard work is expected, friendly fun is also important!Office location, Birmingham Kinds Norton B30 Full time - Hybrid working available 3 office days/ 2 home days.
