Job Description

* Senior Account Manager* Community 1st Social Agency* Growing AgencyMy client is a communities first social agency which engages with over 3 million UK tradespeople every day and has the fastest growing online construction community in the UK. They are looking for driven, creative and inspiring individuals to help with ourever-growing agency. Working with brands like Bosch, Jewson, Scruffs workwear, McDonalds, Lidl and Peugeot. As a Senior Account Manager you will ensures smooth day-to-day project management on key client accounts. This ranges from taking client briefs, managing internal project resource allocation and monitoring account commercials. You will act as the face of MyClient, building long-lasting relationships and helping the clients hit their business objectives.The role of a Senior Account Manager is to drive forward projects and develop strong, long-lasting relationships with our portfolio of clients.As a Senior Account Manager, you will: * Work with a breadth of clients at a strategic level, taking ownership of the client relationship and act as a trusted advisor by sharing your knowledge and industry and platform insights* Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, which includes leading planning and creative sessions with the client and internal departments, attending shoots when appropriate, liaising with client throughout the campaign, providing post-campaign analysis and results,and working with Finance to ensure all billing is accurate* Consider long term client scope, identify potential opportunities and look at ways to retain existing clients and upsell service offering* Create and support on pitch proposals, and support the Account Director with delivery* Resolve any problems and potential problems that arise, this involves alerting internal departments to changes with the brief, timelines, and budgets, and holding sometimes challenging conversations with clients and internal team members if required* Thoroughly proofread content, ensuring there are no errors and that it meets strategic objectives and brand guidelines* Work closely with the Account Director to make proactive recommendations to the Brand Partnerships Director and Head of Client Services on hoe to make more efficient processes and maximise revenue* Take responsibility for a team, which includes managing and supporting an Account Manager and/or an Account Executive, monitoring their capacity, and seeking out opportunities for career development and upskillingThe successful candidate will:* have experience of handling multiple projects, able to work to project timelines and quotes* be able to see the bigger picture, able to work strategically and offer guidance* be continually striving to improve processes and increase work standards* have strong communication skills, able to confidently liaise with clients and internal teams, build strong relationships, and deliver clear, concise information* have a meticulous eye for detail to ensure brand and client projects are executed effectively* be a creative thinker who takes an enthusiastic and positive approach, is hardworking with an attitude that no job is too small * be a natural leader, who is approachable and always on hand to support and offer guidance to the team when required* Have a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle to attend shoots and client meetingsWhat my client can offer you as well as a great opportunity is the following:* A creative and entrepreneurial work environment* Free breakfast and snacks all day everyday* Days off for work anniversaries and Birthdays* A team that like to celebrate every success and achievement * Office ping-pong play offs, blindfold darts, summer sports days and more team day outs that you could ever dream of
