Job Description

1:1 SEN Teaching AssistantAbout the primary school:

  • A great primary Catholic school located in Lozells (B19)
  • Weekly training & support
  • £379.60- £450/week, paid through PAYE, every week (no agency cuts)
Job Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Working 1:1 with a student who has Autism and is sensory impared
  • Liaising with the SENCO & parents to ensure goals are being met
  • Working with Educational Psychologists, Therapists & More
  • Redefining aspects of the young students life & bettering their future by allowing them to grow
  • Building the students social, emotional & cognitive skills through development techniques
  • Implementation of sensory strategies
  • 8:30 am till 3:45 pm (paid break), contracted, Monday - Friday for the academic year 2024
