PermanentWe are looking for a screed / UFH installer, experience would be advantageous although not necessary as the company give full training in the materials and systems.The Company:We are an established contractor within the screed & UFH sector. We have a proven track record, delivering projects from small domestic jobs to large commercial and public schemes.We operate nationally so a Driving License is essential.The Job:You will be part of a successful team laying quality screed & UFH floors.· Carryout a range of general construction activities on site· Working under the instruction from the manager / supervisor· Responsible use of materials, keeping waste to a minimum· Set up working area accordingly· Adhere to all aspects of Health & Safety· To operate plant where applicable· Be responsible for the vehicle assigned to you· 1 or 2 overnight stays per weekQualifications required:· CSCS Card· Full UK drivers licenceExperience and knowledge preferable:· Experience in laying liquid screed· Experience in laying UFHThe Person:· Professional in approach with a keen eye for detail· Good communication skills· Candidate to be aware that the role is physically demandingBenefits:Salary £25,000 to £35,000 plus bonus
