Job Description

Salesforce Developer - Pardot, BI, CRM, AdministratorMy client are a multiple award winning, and leading SME, in a period of rapid growth, who have secured substantail recent funding. They specialise in the online learning sector, currently looking for their first full time salesforce developer to join theirteam. (in the past theyve used well known third party intergators)You will be responsible for developing a number of customised solutions within the Salesforce & Pardot platforms. You will work across a number of cross-functional teams, taking in project objectives, creating custom workflows, troubleshooting issues andgenerating bespoke BI reporting for the business.You should have extensive experience working with Salesforce, Pardot and ideally BI platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, youll be creating dynamic and scalable Salesforce applicationsthat meet the changing needs of the company. There is real scope to get your own ideas across and be responsible for the decision making process. this is a vital role for the business and you can potentially go onto build and lead the team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with internal stakeholders to determine CRM & reporting needs.
  • Developing tailored solutions within the Salesforce & Pardot platforms.
  • Responsible for the design, build, delivery and support of Salesforce solutions.
  • Creating timelines and development goals.
  • Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
  • Writing documents and providing technical training for internal teams, where appropriate.
  • Configuring & maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
  • Generating reports and dashboards across the business to support a number of teams.
Key Requirements:
  • Salesforce certified - working towards certification will be considered
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce & Pardot CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of BI reporting (desired but not required)
  • Working knowledge of mavensMate or eclipse might be useful.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
  • Ability to project manage.
