Job Description

SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR | BIRMINGHAM/HYBRID | UP TO £50,000SUMMARYI am working with a large transportation company on two Salesforce Administrator roles, looking for a strong Salesforce Admin to become integrated into a technical team. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody looking for career progression alongside afun/outgoing working environment.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be helping with the delivery of Salesforce software solutions primarily using Salesforce declarative configuration
  • Working on the core CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) on standard admin responsibilities such as page layouts, custom objects, implementations, automations and more
  • Working with out of the box configuration to ensure the CRM is running smoothly and optimised
  • You will be working closely with other solution analysts to meet the business requirements/key objectives
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience working with the Core CRM (Sales/Service Clouds)
  • Technically strong with standard admin tasks such as page layouts, custom objects, implementations, Visualforce, automations and more
  • Experience in development is desirable
  • Experience with Community/Experience Cloud, Pardot and Tableau CRM strongly beneficial
  • You must have strong communication skills in order to understand requirements and find suitable solutions
