Role: Salesforce Administrator Daily rate: £250 (PAYE) Contract: until December 2021 Location: working remotely / Birmingham (1 to 2 days per week) Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a key business operations and systems team. You will be responsible for managing the standard integrated suite of applications across the business, ensuring the provision of a first class service to the business through the administration and service of one of its business critical systems, driving improvement and innovation. Key Responsibilities:Reporting into the Head of Operations, responsible for supporting the implementation of Salesforce CPQ & Billing along with supporting the team. Onboarding mergers and acquisitions engagement to ensure clear and consistent communication and data controls. Troubleshoot user issues and identify appropriate solution and application lifecycle and change management. Develop, document and maintain system design and test procedure.Configuration tasks such as validation rules, workflow rules, process builder and flows. Case management engaging with users at all levels to resolve queries providing first line support & adhering to SLAs. Data governance and integrity Product and Pricing management/administrationImpact analysis of changes and risk management. Seek innovative solutions to real business issues and present these to ensure applicable stakeholder and business engagement Ideal candidate:Previous Salesforce Administrator/ Analyst experienceStrong Salesforce CRM and configuration knowledge in both Classic & LightningIdeally have ADM201 or developer certifications or similar Expanding or refining sharing rules and access privileges so records can be properly viewed and manipulatedStrong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexityExcellent understanding of Salesforce Security, best practices and functionalityAble to prioritise improvement initiatives, with clear rationale of benefits to the businessKnowledge and appreciation of database structures and the relationships of data within applications and a wider application environmentAccuracy and attention to detailLogical approach to tasks and problem solvingExcited by data and the power of transforming into useable business knowledgeAbility to work within a fast paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills - ability to support data presentationsExceptional IT systems and knowledge, particular in MS Excel and data handling functions If you are interested please can you submit your CV now to be considered for the position.
