SalesForce AdministratorOur client is looking for an experienced SalesForce administrator to join their team based in Birmingham, West Midlands.This person will be the primary systems administrator for the Salesforce.com environment, responsible for all administrative functions including user account maintenance, local reporting, dashboards, permission sets and other routine tasks.Other responsibilities will include:Management of core suite of local Salesforce reports, for distribution within the Sales department (producing, reviewing access levels regularly, removing unused or duplicate reports from the system, ensuring correct users in receipt of reports.)- Managing scheduled bulk uploads in relation to Lead data, and ad-hoc in relation to new field creation in Salesforce, as required for reporting.- Identifying and liaising with the IT team on any reporting that is used for the wider business and ensuring more complex reporting requests are directed down this process.- Being the first point of call for any routine Salesforce queries around the business, (identifying and addressing any system bugs, or fall-downs in product, and validation of data contained within the Salesforce system) identifying and resolving user error.- Liaise and support the IT team, with data errors that impact the wider business systems and reporting.- Liaise and support the relevant teams to ensure data within Salesforce meets GDPR policy, primarily making the required Salesforce updates as requested.- To work closely with functional leaders, organisation units and subject matter experts, to identify, develop and deploy Salesforce improvements.- Work with the marketing team to develop CRM and reporting requirements, understanding the full marketing-sales journey end to end in both systems.- Responsible for the end-to-end project management and implementation of small-scale Salesforce improvementsAbout the company- Extremely forward thinking, innovative employer with a transparent and open business culture.- Fantastic opportunities to develop and grow within the business alongside the opportunity to work together with experts with invaluable industry experience/knowledge.- Always interested to hear new ideas and thoughts to develop systems, processes, and efficiency.- Our client strives to stand out within the market as being recognised for providing customers with an outstanding experience/journey.The ideal candidate:- Minimum two years’ experience of Salesforce in a recent employment role. Salesforce.com Admin certified (ADM201)- Strong understanding of the platform and technical data skills, with the ability to custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce, and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.- Strong data management abilities- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritise simultaneous requests, and manage effectively.- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.- Experience of working with an energy supplier preferred, or awareness of the energy industry.- A real desire to achieve, succeed, develop, and grow.This is a full time/permanent position offering a competitive salary and 5% bonus. 24 days holiday (+statutory) rising to 26 after 1 year of service.
