      Customers
Area Sales ManagersInternal Departments - (Such as but limited to) Orders, samples, WarehouseManagement & Senior Management TeamKey accountabilities:
      To answer the telephone and assist with general enquiries
Process architect/contractor sample requests, including web requests as required by yourdesignated Area Sales Manager
      Order in samples from suppliers as required, monitoring the orders progress, and liaising with Samples department and Area Sales Manager regarding its receipt
Cleanse sample report for Area Sales Manager to monitor our initial enquiry opportunitiesProduce pricing quotations, including initial quotations and cloned quotes to non-corporate and corporate customers as requiredRaise Stock loaders through Filemaker system for new product not in SAP to enable a quotationRequest PTV/SRV/NCS tests on various products through Filemaker system, then forward the relevant results/certificates as required by your designated Area Sales ManagerProcess factory registrations and reservations as requested by your designated Area Sales ManagerProvide product specific data sheets as requestedProvide Cleaning and Maintenance Schedules as requiredContinuously updating and maintaining an accurate CRM database in SAP of project opportunities and business partner detailsUse of Microsoft Teams to store project specific sales data to support project enquiries in SAPAlong with designated Area Sales Manager and Project Tracking team ensure accurate use of Outlook, Teams & SAP to ensure all client appointments are logged & follow up calls/emails plannedCompose letters/e-mails as requested by Area Sales ManagerCarry out further tasks as may from time to time be delegated to you by your manager and Sales ExecutiveQualifications, Experience and Personal Qualities:
      Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to motivate and encourage staff, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts ranging from executive to administrative levels, and to produce effective summaries and reportsas required
Highly motivated self-starter, with a positive, professional attitude, strong work ethic, and critical attention to detailEvidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinkingHigh degree of personal integrity and professional accountability
  • Previous use of SAP would be an advantage but not essential
Language Skills
      Excellent verbal and written English
