Job Description

Headquartered in Glasgow, Scotland, we take pride in our independence and management expertise.The OpportunityDue to a surge in demand for sales support, we are actively seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to cover the England and Wales regions. This is your chance to thrive in a role that combines your love for the car industry with your sales acumen.The RoleThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A passion for the car industry and a hunger for sales development
  • A natural ability to develop good working relationships and quickly build customer rapport
  • Good customer service and a positive all-round attitude
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Good all-round IT skills
Experience:
  • Experience working within an outbound sales environment, based from home
  • Experience working in the car industry preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience of developing new business and client relationships
  • At least one year sales experience
  • Proven experience of working towards and achieving targets
Key Responsibilities:Responsibilities are varied and no two days are the same. These include:
  • Servicing existing accounts; developing an understanding of the customers business and purchase needs and obtaining new and repeat sales orders
  • Establishing new accounts by planning and organising a daily work schedule, identifying prospective customers to target
  • Account management; responding to customer queries, maintaining frequent communications and good response times, providing relevant information and supply as required (liaising effectively with the NPS Team)
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
  • Keeping management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call sheets, and weekly work plans

  • Salary: £24,000 to £32,000
