Job Description

Position: Sales ProgressionLocation: BirminghamSalary: £27,500 - £32,500 OTEAbout the role: This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced Sales Progression Department, where we promise occasional coffee-fueled races to the finish line!Sales Progression Responsibilities:

  • Manage the file progression process of sales from Sales Agreed to Completion (while juggling flaming torches... just kidding, but multitasking skills are a plus!)
  • Be the technical systems expert and provide advice and expert knowledge to the team (aka the tech wizard who knows where all the magic buttons are)
Team Leader Responsibilities:
  • Support the Team Manager in holding a daily team meeting (and ensure nobody falls asleep, even if its first thing in the morning!)
  • Coach and develop the team to ensure staff have the right levels of business/conveyancing knowledge (and be the unofficial encyclopedia of property knowledge)
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have previous Sales Progression or Estate Agency experience (or at least a superpower for making properties move faster!)
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times (or at least after the third cup of coffee)
