Job Description

Sales Negotiator (Remote)Reed Birmingham Business Support are currently working with a global, industry leading company to join their team of professionals in a new, exciting role. You will be working in a thriving environment where innovating thinking and collaboration is highlyvaluedpromoting an environment where you can thrive.You will play an essential role in the company, driving new business accounts and managing current client relationships and contributing to a highly successful sales team. We are looking for someone with exceptional negotiations skills and a passion fordriving new business.Please note - this is a remote role! Work from anywhere in the UK!The Role:

  • You will be responsible for driving new business, as well as maintaining current clients by using your exceptional negotiation and customer skills
  • Negotiating of costs with customers
  • Acting as the dedicated point of contact for your customers
  • Initiative to use fact finding techniques that stand you out from the crowd
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that accounts are profitable
  • Working towards KPIs and targets
  • Deal with queries, and showcase the highest standards of customer service at all times
  • Maintain appropriate level of product and system expertise, including knowledge of products, procedures, service, and systems.
The Candidate:
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ambitious, and enthusiastic about driving new business and securing new clients whilst using strong relationship building skills to retain current clients
  • Demonstrate previous experience with working towards, and achieving targets & KPIs
  • Strong computer skills on a variety of systems (including Outlook / Word / Excel)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Desire to building relationships to secure repeat business
  • Have the ability to build professional relationships with a wide range of customers and drive business forward
